We are 100% Glatt Kosher certified by the Rabbinical Council of North Sullivan County and also certified by Harav Meshalom Alpert, Av Beis Din of Magid Levi of Williamsburg. Our animals are free ranged in the Dakota's on thousands of acres of untouched prairie with clean air & water. Our young animals must be in perfect health to pass Glatt Kosher certification. They are inspected by both USDA veterinarians and a rabbinical crew to assure each animal is in perfect health and without any possible disease or illness.
